Order Processing

1. Select the product you wish to buy or get quote on.

2. Contact Ecolux Ltd. via email (order@ecolux.co.ke) or phone +254 774 665510.

3. Place Order or ask for quotation.

4. Send the correct listing.

5. Ecolux Ltd will send the invoice, order acknowledgment or quotation.

6. Pay 65% of the item when ordering and the balance upon receipt of the shipment.

 

Delivery Handling

1. The product is delivered in approximately 2 weeks from the resulting deposit.

2. Delivery by recognized carriers such as DHL, Posta, EMS, G4S and FedEx.

3. Tracking number will be sent to the customer when the product leaves Ecolux Ltd.

4. For Export customer pays any duties to the country. 

5. The carrier makes admission handling.

6. The carrier delivers to your door.

 

Warranty Management

1. If the product is defective within 12 months from the date received, a return process begins. Contact           therefore Rebel Ltd. immediately if you do not find the product works satisfactorily.
